"The key appears in the book. If you have the book then you have both the puzzle and the prize in your hands." Where's the official website? Is this confirmed to be created by the actual Duck Miller?

the page i found the quote is at <https://www.thewhistlepig.net/contact-us> and poking around i see it looking less than official. The domain name was first registered in June of 2020, which feels too recent. "Please consider this site as independent of your experience with the book." I wasn't here at the beginning, so I don't know whether the book even had an official website.
Further research using the Internet Wayback Machine (https://web.archive.org/) it appears that there was an original use of that domain from 2003-2007 and then it expired. I don't think this new incarnation has any connection to the author or publisher. (For example, in April 2018, the site was a Japanese business site. Anyone can register a website domain name.)

Yes, but it hadn't always been active - so it would seem possible the site was re-registered from someone other than Duck Miller. There hasn't been any confirmation the site is official.
