NYE promo puzzle solved! Cupid's Arrow hunt coming 1/28/23

Congrats to the first-place winner of the New Year's Eve promo armchair hunt - Mother Magumbo!  By being first to send in the correct answer, she won the prize which was a silver dollar!

We also had two other solvers who worked as a team - congrats to Solver007 and Sedona for submitting the correct answer.

The theme of this puzzle was "money" and the solve centered on the Second National Bank of the U.S.  The answer to the Playfair cipher is THE POWER TO TAX IS THE POWER TO DESTROY.
This was a quote from Chief Justice John Marshall in the Supreme Court case McCulloch v. Maryland (1819).  The key is found by using the images along with the verse to determine a secret word.
