These were found four days ago. I reached out to someone in Vegas on Monday evening to go look for them, but by the time they got my email they already had been found. My location was 36.1572, -114.932.
It's a variation of a book cipher using "Shake it Up". The numbers represent verse/paragraph-word-letter. I tried many permutations using that song when the hunt was first released, but none yielded a result. So I moved onto other songs, or combinations of songs. When Monday's clue came out it seemed to confirm that it was indeed this song, and this song alone. So I checked out some additional lyric websites (many have the lyric paragraphs arranged a bit differently from Swift's own). I had used the lyrics as written by Swift. Using azlyrics.com it yields:
1st column: cfaegb 2nd column: kdicb
Assign the number equivalents to the letters and you get:
361572 114932

I was letting the person I contacted have the tickets so I still count it as a win!!!
By the way, to my knowledge, my solution has not been confirmed so it may not be the correct one.

The Treasure Games' newest hunt is in the Uinta Basin of Utah. The treasure cache includes a number of period Spanish pieces from the 1700's. Its estimated value is $13,000-$18,000.
