1 and C.
1. The theme is Star Trek, so make sure to research every series, episode, red shirt character and minor actor extensively to find the hidden cipher. Make a lot of charts and cross-reference things. But Spock and his planet of origin? Nothing to see there. 2. What makes H's poem special is apparent on the face of it and it does not require additional sources. 3. Of all the stock photos that I used, it took the longest to find one of a red and white rose together to fit the general theme. 4. Purple is my favorite color.
A. There are no book ciphers in the puzzle. B. I’ve never been to Oklahoma City or Los Angeles (or their suburbs). C. It’s probably fine if you use a modern typeset version of the Herrick poem. D. No mathematical calculations are needed anywhere.

Last one? In the instructions it says " retrieve the proxy item, and follow the instructions in order to claim the prize." Nothing about containing the final clue.

Last one? In the instructions it says " retrieve the proxy item, and follow the instructions in order to claim the prize." Nothing about containing the final clue. Yes I think so also. If this is the case then it means there's no book ciphers or math involved. I know at least a couple of people here that are having nightmares about book ciphers every night! I wonder if "lordy lordy" is for a mission.

Here's my take on the 3 truths + 1 lie provided FWIW.
A. There are no book ciphers in the puzzle.B. I’ve never been to Oklahoma City or Los Angeles (or their suburbs). C. It’s probably fine if you use a modern typeset version of the Herrick poem. D. No mathematical calculations are needed anywhere. The lies from the prior two hints are 1 and C
When you determine the three colors, and there is more than one method to do so, the city should be obvious. Just ignore the in Herrick's poem, probably some old typo, not worth the Fuss. Don’t get all Fired up over it. You need to go BOTG in the correct city and retrieve the proxy, which contains the final clue, to win.

The confusion is if the proxy contains the final clue or just instructions for getting your prize. Final clue to what? Another proxy? Giving instructions on how to contact the puzzle creator to collect your prize is not a clue. Perhaps a clarification is in order.

Final clue might include the site to go along with the password?!
