Instructions and rules for The First MMDCLXXVIII CDXIIDXIX hunt:
1. This is a totally armchair hunt. No travel is required. 2. Winner must have a US address. 3. Send your answer to me via messaging here on MW. 4. The correct solution will answer What? Where? When? and Who? 5. If you send in an incorrect answer, you must wait 12 hours before submitting another. 6. Feel free to message me with questions, comments or if you feel there is an error. Despite my best efforts, sometimes mistakes &/or typos do sneak in! 7. If you feel an image is not clear enough, let me know and I'll post a better individual image. 8. There is one prize for this hunt. The first correct answer within the time frame stated above will be the winner. 9. Have fun and Good Luck!

Just a reminder: Although my hunt for the Masquerade Tribute hunt has been solved, a new hunt, Secrets of Past Treasures by The Puzzle Master will be released on June 20th. Prize valued at $400! If you've already donated your $19.79 to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, don't forget to check it out. If you haven't donated yet, here is your chance for another great hunt :-)

I received a question about the formatting of the title of the hunt. It is formatted correctly on the hunt page itself, but not on the subject line. I couldn't get the formatting to transfer over from the document where I copied it from.
The correct format has a line over the CDXII, as shown on the hunt page, but not over the remaining letters, DXIX.
Sorry for any confusion.
Let me know if you any other questions.

I had another question asking if everything on the page was relevant to the hunt, and the answer is yes, everything on the hunt page is a clue to the solution. Oh, except whatever place is shown in the background of the car image. That is from a car ad, so I don't know where that is and it is not relevant to the solution.

Thanks everyone for tying your hand at my puzzle. This one went fast!
I have already had two "Who Am I?" puzzles - "Who Am I?" and Who Am I? Part II". My next hunt will be another in this series, so feel free to find them in the archives for practice :-). It will be released in the first week of July, and I'll post the actual date about a week prior to it being released.
I hope to see you then!
