Congratulations to The Clue Crusaders for solving the Final Riddle of the Franklin Key and retrieving the token early on New Year's Day morning!
The final riddle was solved by taking the answers to each of the 50 states puzzles, lining them up by order of state admittance, and using that as a book cipher source. The token was located under a bike rack on the MIT campus.
The date refers to the MIT Time Traveler Convention hosted by MIT student Amal Dorai on May 7, 2005. Unfortunately, Ben Franklin defied convention, and missed the meeting!
The answers to the individual puzzles will be available shortly but, in the meantime, if anyone wants any specifics feel free to message me. Thank you to everyone who participated in my first puzzle book!
