More thoughts on New York. Putting an owl head on the seagulls body would be too obvious and the treasure would be found to quickly. We are looking for a birds head and the eagle works very well. It is still a raptor and it throws suspicion off the real place. We know the seagull means it is located near the coast. You also need to see Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, and the World Trade Centers from the burial spot. Owl Head Park meets all these requirements. In 1980 there was a popular commercial with an owl that stated how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop. The answer is 3. There is a 3 in the birds wings. Byron's daughters may have been interested in that commercial and tootsie pops when they were younger. The figure in the birds wing may be a W. The missing wall may be making an L. The seagulls feet may be forming an O. All these together spells out OWL for OWLS HEAD PARK. Possible red herrings may be the buffalo image formed by the waves-representing the Bronx. The folds forming the lion head may show Staten Island. The sash may be Manhattan. I am not sure what is for Queens. George Gershwin was born in Brooklyn so that is where we look. 74 degrees longitude is where Brooklyn is located.
