I just emailed him the straight up question so I was surprised also when he started talking about Star Wars. I just posted that here as a joke. Good to see he has a sense of humor too.

So i think this months question could be very interesting depending on who gets it. Im pretty sure that most of the people that have been here awhile got the first key and would like to target the second and anybody still trying to catch up aint gonna have it...lol. As far as the second key goes ive definitely got more questions than solutions but was thinking maybe we should confirm format first. Is it a word words or phrase? Is it a series of numbers? Im curious on others thoughts . Should we focus on something not easily found online? Should we define terms i.e. fortune like treasure? fortune like future? How bout the video? Is there more there than meets the eye? Are there more google map stanzas? Is harry Harry Potter or nicholas flamel relevant? What about this guy clearing wood? How many stanzas are required for the 2nd key? Not that i think theses are necessarily the best way to ask but just getting the ball rolling. Thoughts anyone???

All of those points would definitely be very valuable to work out. I think confirming or eliminating the Harry Potter connection in the seventh stanza would go a long way to advance the hunt. I also think it would be great to find out whether or not access to a particular edition of book is necessary in order to solve Key 2. It seems unusual that Lukas would consider information contained within a book difficult to find on the internet (for instance, almost every detail of the Harry Potter series can be found on the Fandom Wiki), however the literal text of a book may be specific to a particular printing and may not be digitally available in its native form. I may be reading too far into that detail, however it seems suggestive of some sort of cipher involving the actual contents of a book rather than just the details of a book.

think first we need to confirm the book we are looking for but giving only yes-no answers this could be a tricky one

we could ask if the correct book has been proposed in the forums

I'd like to know the format of KEY 2. Something like, Is KEY 2 a number code? or Is Key 2 the same as KEY 1 and comprised of numbers?

If I get the question, I'm not sure what I can ask to get me on track. Where I am is this:
I'm 100% certain that I know the man. I'm 100% certain I have the right book. I know what black flame refers to.
But where to go from there, I don't know. I had a theory about where to go next...but I've just hit dead ends so far.

Format of the key is what i want to go for...it helps everyone without really giving anything away. Being that everyone is at different levels of this thing it seems the most fair.

Has anyone managed to corroborate findingthetruth's post regarding a ciphertext tied to the hunt?

I personally have not found any kind of cipher text. Keep in mind, though, that the things I’m 100% positive about could very well be 100% wrong since I haven’t actually come up with key 2 yet

Has anyone managed to corroborate findingthetruth's post regarding a ciphertext tied to the hunt? I can corroborate. Sure looks like it is supposed to be a message. Although it may require another resource to understand. It may not directly decode into a message but rather need you to pull words or letters from somewhere else or turn the numbers into a different format like a phone number. Not sure of the exact definition of cipher text but what I've described is what we are working with right now.

My understanding is that this message is tied to the (putative) solution to Stanza 6. Is that correct? You should obviously feel free not to answer that question if it reveals too much of your solution or strategy -- I'm just trying to get a sense of all of the information out there at the moment in order to contribute the most effective suggestions for the next question that I can.

You need to find what stanza 6 is eluding to in order to see the numbers but it's not a definite that they are tied to key 2.
