Anyone have any thoughts on this? I keep going back to /pagenames on his URL digitalburiedtreasure.com/, or hoping that a Google search will produce a find once the right KEY is searched. I've also thought about dummy twitter accounts, etc... What shape might an external feedback mechanism take?

I was thinking about this earlier today and was reminded how Lukas said we "didn't HAVE to" call a number to solve the riddle but we could. I have a feeling that the first key results in a phone number and calling or googling it results in confirmation that you were correct.

"The location of many buried treasures is marked by an X This treasure is no different X marks the spot."
OBSERVATION: Visiting the Digital Buried Treasure pages on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, Patreon, and especially The DBT website itself all visually appear in my browser tab as
"Digital Buried Treasure X"
Could that be the meaning of his hint X marks the spot? Is he saying that his DBT website is the location of where to place our keys?
He does provide a search bar that says to keep trying keywords. Maybe that would be the next HINT question for him for October?
I've tried a few inquiries on the DBT website, like Coy did, but didn't come up with anything unless I was just outright wrong.
ANOTHER OBSERVATION: This is the first thing mentioned on the YouTube page...

Every website you ever will go to will have that X. That X is part of the browser to close the tab. Cant see how it could possibly be part of the hunt Where do you see that, I dont see it?

I think you might be on to something. type https//digitalburiedtreasure.com/x youll get the search bar. My thought is its possibly a extension so when ad a forward slash and then (solve) this is gonna take you to a new page thats not visible to us currently. (Very similar to how i stumbled on mini hunt piece) . Im not saying its for sure by any stretch but definitely is something to consider.

Thanks for that. Well that definitely opens up more possibilities. well now thing begin to make more sense. digitalburiedtreasure.com is a wordpress website. Which means it doesnt have its own unique IP visible to us mere mortals on the internet. If you do a NS lookup for digitalburiedtreasure.com you will notice it has no A record, but it does have a NS (Name Server)) record We type in digitalburiedtreasure.com and that is then redirected to the wordpress namserver which then redirects us to the digital treasure site that wordpress host. I also notice that it has MX records, These are used to direct emails sent to @digitalburiedtreasure.com (lukas@digitaltreasure.com for example bearing in mind I have no idea whether this address is actually real or not) I would imagine that when a solution is submitted on his website this is forwarded to a specific mail address that Lukas has set up,

Also, didn't his site go up AFTER the DBT #1 clue was out there for a while?

Observation:
It looks like Lukas has now changed his search page (on DBT Website) from using the word "search for a keyword" (as I think I remember it?)
to now saying "maybe try a search"...
What does that insinuate?

I think he's saying it's not the feedback we are seeking.. and that's a good thing. Now we know.

What does that insinuate? it seems odd to me that the search function is somewhat hidden on his site. If you just navigate straight to the site there is no tab anywhere to bring up the search box. You only can find it, as far as I can tell, by manually backslashing and adding another word to the web address. And I think you’re right. The language just changed on it. I was searching anything and everything I could think of the other day like “where, wear, Ware.....just to make sure I was searching “every where”. I didn’t notice the wording changing the other day. Now it says “maybe try a different combination of keywords” sometimes and a different automated phase. The spare no expense (spare = /) search everywhere....being backslash and start searching would play in to the riddle. I’ve tried quite a bit of words but haven’t found any odd pages yet. It just seems really odd to me that the search function seems hidden on his page.
