What is everyone's thoughts on the location of the chest?
What do you thing we are looking for?
Do you think its something we are able to claim the money from our-self like a wallet or do you think its a website?
Which stanzas do you think lead to the chest?
What about X marks the spot? what does it mean?

I always thought it was somewhere you could claim it yourself but since susb8383 "found" the chest it makes me think it's an actual thing you can find like a website or something that definitively tells you you found the chest. Confirmation of this, susb8383?

This may already be outdated thinking for some, but unless I've misinterpreted something on this board, none of stanzas 2-6 appear to lead to the chest location.
Stanzas 1 and 10 (there's that number 10 again) contain the lines Two keys unlock the chest of gold That’s made of ones and zeroes
"ones and zeroes" could be a "10" which could be an "X". "X" marks the spot according to what Lukas has said about the chest location.
Binary "X" is translated 01111000 (ones and zeroes). I've been trying find somewhere on the internet that I can apply this too (including DBT's website), but so far this morning... no luck.
Hope this sparks an idea with somebody.

"susb" actually gave a hint and I'm happy about it: "it's a single tree". What comes to my mind is the "three of knowledge". so maybe X + knowledge... paradise... brainstorm-mode I also hope this sparks another idea.

No, my hint wasn't about the chest location, it was about Stanza 6. But then I turned out to be completely wrong, as I posted. I thought the man who cleared land was George Washington but it turned out to be James W. Marshall.

(OBSERVATION) Lukas' Home page description on the DBT website digitalburiedtreasure.com/"The main DBT series is released in the format of riddles, spoken aloud, in YouTube videos. These riddles lead to the online location where the prize has been stored ( the end result of solving the riddles). Can this be interpreted as saying that the solving each stanza (riddle) will automatically lead to the next clue, ultimately leading to the online location (the chest) where the prize is stored?"... meaning there is no chest to locate until it presents itself in the solve?
Is that why Lukas gave us the key-tester so as to give us a place to figure out the phone number without having to call 1,000s of people?
Key #1 was a phone number (stanzas 2-5) which upon calling, gave a hint to look for a book (stanza 6), which lead people to find a cipher, which will lead to stanza 7?
