Seeing these as a list really makes clear just HOW odd these pairings are! I found some interesting comparisons.
For example, although edge (p 14 & p 42) does not rhyme with bridge or ridge, they rhyme with each other.
Also, comparing the 'rhyming' words for 'wind' - again don't rhyme with it, but rhyme with each other.
p22 grin - wind p39 wind - in p52 wind - grin
-grin and in rhyme with each other.
p16 wind - find p24 wind - mind p25 find - wind p42 wind - grind
-find, mind and grind rhyme with each other.
By these 'rules,' grin and fiind rhyme with each other because both rhyme with wind.
p12 swim - in
-if swim rhymes with in, and in rhymes with wind, and wind rhymes with grind, then swim rhymes with grind?!

Has anyone mentioned that much of the poem is written in iambic pentameter....read again "for good measure".
