What all were you guys anagramming with? And what the heck do you think a hunt slab is? I personally couldn’t let go of the idea that it has something so Do with the rollright stones. There’s a lot of Medusa referencing in the epilogue, and the Medusa shield image which was online. She is very similar to the witch that turned the kings men into stone. And the “start where you finish under the midnight hour”...that page had a big clock at just before 12 o’clock and it had a moon Indicating midnight to me. The epilogue sounds like crouch hill with the “rise up to stand” part and the fact that it is #24 it’s natural to think to start there. But that whole riddle for #24 sounds like it’s in the middle of the day, not midnight. The rise up to stand could be referring to the lore of the rollright stones coming back life. I just couldn’t anagram anything out to that area or find any scripts to read there.

I had settled on LOOKATHUNTSLABREAESCRIPT with labreae having something to do with beetles. Got stuck there though.
As some had apparently READSCRIPT I wonder what their solution was for 18.

18 was probably DRAGON for most, BUT the problem with that puzzle is the dragons on the Blenheim Gate were actually WYVERN, because they had two legs instead of four. A couple of inconsistencies in this book..
I also had LOOKSTHUNTSLABREADSCRIPT which anagrams to:
BURTON DASSETT HILLS CO PARK.
But I submitted everything under the sun there and nothing hit.

I also had an anagram with Burton Dasset Hills in it. I think mine was ON BURTON DASSETT HILLS PEAK. But that was with two letters that I had to fudge to make it work.
