I like the way you incorporated "masked" in the introduction of a raccoon puzzle! Just for giggles here's how I came up with Florida before the hints: 1. Masked and flask have "ask" in common. So remove ask from flask and you get FL, postal code for Florida. 2. Numbers starting from top to bottom flowing counter-clockwise are 27, 8, 88, 6, 7. 27 is 3 cubed and 8 is 2 cubes and so on. So I broke down all numbers to: 3^3, 2^3, 2^3,2^3, 2X3, 2+2+3 or 3323232323223. Substitute with a and b for Baconian Cipher: aabababababba Decrypt and you get FL. 3. Florida in flask.

Thanks for sharing that. I like the idea of factoring out and using the Baconian cipher..... hmmmm.... (I'll keep it in mind

Recently USPS released a "Mystery Message" Forever stamp. Not much of a puzzle but interesting nevertheless.
