Few thoughts here: -several “constellations” depicted in image -do not seem to match up with any known constellations -earth, bear, words “PEGASUS and PISCES”
Wondering if this is a substitution cipher where each “constellation” represents a number or letter determined by counting the number of stars. The other images/words could be simple distractions.

Here are the counts I came up with (left to right, top to bottom). There is some ambiguity here.
5 (E) 14 (N) 24 (X) 4 (D) 18 (R) or 15 (O)/ 3 (C) 6 (F) 13 (M) 5 (E) 20 (T) or 19 (S) / 1 (A)
Numbers 26 or less make me think of a simple substitution cipher. Thoughts?
