Curious notes left in a cafe? Does this belong to anyone?

It's great to see so many people enjoying the Cupid's Arrow hunt.  I've got a feeling it will be solved very soon. 

Oddly, I found this scribbled paper in a local coffee shop the other day.  Someone inadvertently left it on a table, and while I tried to return the paper to its rightful owner, the barista said the only name they had for the coffee order was "Mrs. Mathama Dean."  Perhaps one of you will recognize this as yours?

I can only say that whoever made these notes is on the right track.

Is Purple just to help get the 3 colors? Because there is no purple where we have been botg. We are so confused. Well there is an area that is kinda purple. That must be it.
