It appears that 'choice' has the correct movie, Beetlejuice. Everything fits. Can you confirm this, retro?
The model, the phrase, the action, and the song are all there.

Yes the correct movie was Beetlejuice.
The cemetery diorama was in the attic. Jump in the Line is the Harry Belafonte song at the end.
