I looked up what the most asked-for gifts were in 1924, and one was an inkwell. Even though fountain pens were invented in the 1880's, dip pens were used well into the 1950's, so an inkwell was a nice gift. I selected this heavy green and brass one (vintage - circa 1920's) as the prize for this hunt.

Finally, I want to remind everyone that the annual Masquerade Tribute Hunt for Charity is coming up. Starting on February 1st, there will be weekly mini hunts, along with some random drawings. Then on the Spring Equinox, March 21, the main hunts will be posted. This year you will be able to pick your own charity, so please donate at least $19.79 to the charity of your choice and get ready for a lot of fun and challenging hunts!
Keep watch for news and posts for the Masquerade Hunt!
In the meantime, I plan to post another hunt here, probably over the weekend, Jan 13-14. My new hunt is called Made in New America :-)
Thanks for playing and I hope to see you again here, and for the Masquerade Tribute!
