My guess would be 6,950 feet elevation. My guess for the elevation is between 7,000 and 7,900.

Crm114, yeah I agree- that’s a good idea about giving us the elevation or a portion of the elevation. TRY THE SEA TOO - is another four-word symmetrical sentence that can be formed, but it’s not the correct solution. I also agree with Crm114. I would also like to see the elevation of where the TC was located.

Like Brianu, I am sticking with my solve.
Since many have posted their solve I thought I would do the same. This is my solve for New Mexico. Mine starts with the second stanza with “Begin it where warm waters halt”. This place is on a cliff with a view of the mountains. The second line says to take it in the canyon down. It is a long way down so one must be very careful. Next line, not far, but too far to walk means it is not very far in distance but you have to follow the water. As you walk up the creek, you will see HOB. After you walk up the creek, the hidey spot will be on your nigh. You will see the blaze and another marker to mark spot. The rest of poem describes the general location and what to do.
This is a simple explanation but I have documentation for my solve. Fenn said, “Keep it simple.” Fenn provided many hint/clues in MHO.
Many have their solve in Montana or Wyoming but for me it is New Mexico. Perhaps I am wrong but each of us believe to have the correct solve.
Fenn said that if you find WWW, you are more than half way there. In my solve, it is correct. The distance from where the car is parked to WWW is more than half way than the point when you reach the bottom of canyon to the distant hidey spot.
I wish everyone the best of luck. Looking forward for Fenn to provide more information.
Brianu, wish you the best of luck.
