. The hints that Pete gave for this riddle focus on the word realized. Realized can mean to grow to full potential or to realize a profit.
If a bourbon red turkey has grown through its full potential it is fat. Profit can be connected with a bank. I thought maybe Pete was using the title of the book as a basis for solving the riddle because both the riddle and the title have the word bourbon in common. An anagram of the book title has connection to two of the definitions of realized mentioned above
BREAKFAST TEA AND BOURBON A FAT BOURBON RED SEA BANK
However with this anagram I don’t see any immediate connection to other parts of the riddle such as fly and pointy head and feathers in my butt

. I also worked with the first two letters of BOurbon REd (BORE) and merged with "realized". This put me close to BORE-realized, which looked like
BOREALIS,
which mean North. a compass north is indicated by an arrow (pointy head and feather in butt). I thought maybe a 4x4 survey marker on the North or South pole.
Its a bit of a stretch, because the meaning of "borealis" may be a bit too specialized.

I just sent mine stab at this into the email addy treasure at learningstrategies dot com. I hope it is OK to post that addy here? Here is the Auto Response: ".....stuff about the found treasure The email address is now being used for the Riddle. www.breakfastteaandbourbon.com/riddleWe will look at each submission during the first week of every month. If someone solved the riddle they will be awarded a case of Buffalo Trace Bourbon. How appropriate! If more than one person submits the correct solution, a drawing will be held. Please do not expect a response to your email unless you are the winner. I am really happy you are playing with us. Thank you very much for your support and using your creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness. Cheers, Pete Bissonette Breakfast Tea & Bourbon"

As I see it:
Time is money, Turkey Arrow
A broadhead is a type of arrow used to hunt turkey...but that's as far as I can go. There are two towns named Brodhead, one being in Kentucky and one being in Wisconsin.
Can anyone glean anything else from this?

It appears this treasure hunt has ended... The website states: "A reader has found the $50,000 treasure…what inner treasure will you find?"
