Oh Kay.... I had a pretty strong Ah-Ha moment today and proposed a solution to this riddle. If I am correct it is devious, but fair. And some of the things that Mr. Bissonette says in ADDITION to the clues may be also pretty useful. I sure hope so! Pete has implied that several people are really, really close to the solution (perhaps explaining his recent trip to Buffalo Trace). Perhaps you are now added to his list. Does your solution make any sense of "Los Angeles Atlanta" and/or Pete's instruction (for the searchers who are close) to study the first sentence of the June 2020 clue: "The Bourbon Red is the Rudolph of the bird family"? “With a sleigh full of toys”... the front acrostic is “was foy” = was a parting gift”, the case of boubon? similarly, pete used the acrostic in the hot springs solution, and “hinds, the camel” hint. the hinds part of lo$ angele$ atlantA ... looks connected to “feathers in my butt”. so i guessing the BR and BRR cap letters of his clues are for something cold, or acronym of something. BRRRR...BOUR bon... not getting anywhere with it. ( kind of strange, the paragraph acrostic of his celeb endorsements in the Breakfast Tea and Bourbon book is I FAIL, dont know what that was about, seems to be too related to a success programming company to be random )

It is not "WAS FOY", but "WAS FOT".

It is not "WAS FOY", but "WAS FOT". Thanks, you can tell I am getting desperate on this one. fot is interesting, not sure if Pete uses that level of words - I did like the connection to Buffalo Trace trail, though en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fotA foot (appendage used for motion and support) The use of one's feet (to move or stand). An animal's track or prints. One of a set of units of measurement: foot (unit for measuring length) square foot (unit for measuring area) (prosody) A metrical foot The bottom or foundation of something (e.g. stairs): The foot (leg-like support) of a table or chair. The end of a bed or tomb (where the foot rests). (figuratively) An individual; a human. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Separately, I am looking at Treasureman's Woodsy Swamp cache, and looks like you cracked the cipher. I have looked at column transposition (although I think the cipher is too long for H. Charles to use that on us), Baconian, and now reverting to Vigenere. I think I saw in one of your posts that it could be within driving distance for you, but the last few miles might be too rough? For the Rogue Miner cache, looks like you had a good trip. I'm looking for the trail that the "Uncle Dave" would have taken up the north mountain toward the head of Fern Creek.

Has there ever been any mention of using what3words.com to locate the site? I tried "stone.turkey.arrow" to come up with a spot in Salem Mass. Doubt it's right because I had to substitute "stone" for "concrete", the latter of which gave me a spot in Northern Quebec.
Also, can't reconcile how Los Angeles Atlanta figures into the solve. Anywho, just a new dimension

I believe I have solved the riddle of Breakfast Tea & Bourbon. I emailed this in mid-June, so hoping I’ll get a response soon.
Here’s my theory:
A 4x4 inch area is a compass of ordinal directions N S E W, and NW NE SE SW = 4 and 4.
Fully realized is fully mature, maximum potential, and highest possible elevation.
A Bourbon Red is a Turkey. The clue for the fifth is both for the fifth word and fifth of November, Thanksgiving is in November.
The clue for Rudolph indicated we’re looking for something with a red nose. Rudolph guided the sleigh, a compass guides you in a direction, and has a red arrow to point you in the right direction. This is also the clue to the arrow with pointed head and feathers on your butt.
There is a gap between the poem and “Where am I?”. This is empty space, or outer space.
A space shuttle entering the atmosphere also has a red nose.
The clue for “endeavor” is the space shuttle Endeavor, which is in California. Put a stamp on it is to launch a package in space, such as a satellite.
The Endeavor is named after the SS Endeavour, Captain Cook (Cook a Turkey). He sailed to the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii), make a Turkey sandwich.
He also sailed to Oregon and named Foulweather, Rudolph flew in fog, which is foul weather.
Foul is a homonym for Fowl, a Turkey.
We’re looking for something precise. The task of Benchmarking (surveying) is a precise way of measuring elevation. This brings you to Otter Crest Lookout point, where there is an elevation marker.
Satellites in space also use GPS and survey markers to find precise measurement of elevation.
There is also a wooden bench with a compass engraved into the back. This is a play on words for “Bench Marking”.
The bench is what we are looking for.
