Forrest once said to give the poem to a child..... and I suppose it suggests thinking like them.. You have to love the following thoughts of a child....and it does show how differently they think... I love it!

Jenny- i remember reading abount a riddle that was able to be solved by 95% of kindergardeners but only 10% of college grads. Here it is: What is greater than god? More evil than the devil? The poor have it? The rich need it? And if you eat it, you'll die? It has to do with how our minds work. Kids solve this line by line, and adults try to answer all at once. BTW; heres the answer below...

I love it! A child will talk to you in riddles in some way. They have poetry in them when they speak.

You guys and gal have hit the mark!!! IMO when ff says we need to focus closer to the poem is exactly what you all are saying, take it line by line and what they mean individually to draw your map. This is exactly how my first map is drawn knowing nothing about ff other books, life or clues. Just to be clear here, I have several maps now after researching ff. My most promising map is STILL my first one. All the others came from not being narrowly focused but broadly focused. Grant it, research has given me other maps but has confirmed that my first one has strong legs and good ground to stand on but..."too far to walk"

Kids have the wisdom to favor the obvious over the absurd. So warm waters is simple for them.
But that's as far as they're gonna get. And that's not enough to figure out WWWH.

Those are important quotes from FF. So kids are safe. Well that doesn't sound like the mountains were bears would be.

When the water parks shut down??? FF did say warm means comfortable. So where every the uncomfortable begins. School darn it! The fun warm summers are over. Fall and winter. Vacation over. Back to work.

I am one to believe the WWWH is not a random selection of the 1000 sources of warm water north of Santa Fe. Rather I believe the kid approach is important in this clue. It is more literal and puzzle oriented. When one finds it they will know they have broken the paradigm.
