but..... with Forrest saying: You may even have an advantage because your mind is fresh with new ideas.
...it sounds like no one has solved the clues to find it.... and fresh ideas are needed....? This is interesting in the context of him saying previously that several people have solved 2 clues, and one maybe solved 4 clear back in 2015. What happened to those people in the last 5 years? F is hinting that a new searcher could overtake them. New ideas would almost imply there's a point where even the 2 to 4 clue solvers get stuck and give up. That sticking point does not take time to get past, it just takes new ideas.

Well LostChaser, good luck to you. One searcher leaves, and a new one walks in. We were heading out for our final botg at the end of this month, but due to some recent craziness, we cancelled. Looks like cancelling worked out, pointless now. This is not at all how I thought things would go, but after everything, I feel sorry for the person who actually finds it. My biggest piece of advice to any new searcher, trust no one!!!!!! ..as for us, my family and I are headed out and away!

Q) Even today, after more than six years of people searching, and after all the news coverage, articles, and stories written about your secreted treasure, some people are just learning about your Thrill of the Chase treasure hunt and getting involved. It continues to inspire. Do you have any advice for these new people? How should they begin the search six years after so many others? Do you feel they are at any disadvantage? No, fresh eyes and new thinking might provoke a winning idea. I would advise new searchers to look for the clues in my poem and try to marry them to a place on a map. It seems like the longer one thinks about the search the more they complicate the problem. mysteriouswritings.com/six-questions-with-forrest-fenn-and-the-thrill-of-the-chase-treasure-hunt/

Hi Jenny - I have a question for you. Did someone submit this question to you and you submitted to Forrest along with other questions, and he chose to answer this one?

Hi Jenny - I have a question for you. Did someone submit this question to you and you submitted to Forrest along with other questions, and he chose to answer this one? Yes, this Q was submitted to me (by a new searcher), to which I forwarded the Q to Forrest to answer, for all of us to share in his answer if he chose to do so........ which he did!

2020 with coroner virus, everyone running around with television talking machines in there hands, politicians locking people up like it's 1773. Being lost isn't necessarily bad, I didn't know about treasure hunt until last spring and only got involved because it sounded easier then my other treasure hunt(plus I like looking for bones)(p.s. this Fenn guy is apparently alive?)

Was this the only question you submitted that day? I’d like to know if he chose to answer this one out of many so he could tailor his answer to suit his needs. Did the searcher call him/herself LostChaser or did he/she sign it in another way and that’s what you or Forrest chose to call him/her? Just trying to figure out how deep this hole is:) Thanks!

Jenny, could it be possible that Forrest himself submitted this question to you and then he answered "his own" question? I know, crazy thought. It just seem so odd... Why would he answer such a mundane question?
