Treasure Hunt #6: Higher and Higher

Didn't get OTP at all. I thought the clock on a pad meant to draw a clock, which I did using the center of the painting (the dipper star) as the center. Then I was trying to use the appropriate zodiac signs as keys for that segment.

I also thought the slight line on the lower left grid indicated something that needs to rotate, like a clock.

I also thought 'higher and higher' indicated to take the sky letters from bottom to top. And at one point, "higher and higher" along with 'time' and 'light' meant to use a keyword of something like dawn or sunrise.

Congratulations! Very good solve. I was on the right track at one point but gave up too quickly on the "I's". Darn it! Good Job!!

One question tho. All the ciphers needing keys had the words elsewhere in the puzzle (mysterious, diamonds} except for treasure. How were we meant to know to use treasure as the keyword?
