Ask it he'll narrow it down to any state east of the Mississippi River. Obviously its an eastern city That's interesting. Why do you say that it is obviously an eastern city? It would be great if we could eliminate everything west of the Mississippi River but I am not so sure about that at this point.

I'm not bothered by pb answering cowlazar's questions at all and look forward to hearing what they talked about. Though I feel our group is close, we're obviously stuck at this point, missing something important, and we need a nudge in the right direction. And if that nudge was intended to be a Barong over pb's shoulder off in the distance or talking about how it rained on his frogyrnth all morning, it told us nothing other than maybe he might be pointing us to Minnesota. Totally Agree!! I also totally agree and I am not part of any group. It would not bother me if he never released his video of hiding the treasure. Why would you want to be shown where it is when the challenge is to solve it yourself? I know for a lot of people it's all about the $50,000.00. Make no mistake, that is why I am doing it as well, but I want the full enjoyment out of it by solving things without having to be spoon-fed like so many people want to be. It is also why I do not work with groups and probably why I never find anything.

Are you talking about the video posted on the 17th? I don't see anything posted today. Yep, sorry. Just got it forwarded today to me. Yes, I saw that video today as well. It turns out that the press release book is unsolvable as he changed names, numbers, etc so that anyone receiving a copy of this early release would not have an unfair advantage in starting hunting before everyone else when the treasure hunt officially started. If you have the paperback copy, that seems to be the press release version so it is not good for solving the treasure hunt because of the changes. He said that is why you see different values on the internet. So the correct numbers are the ones that I have posted, for whatever they might mean.

So, my book is different. (First Edition hardcover) The clue is: Et4ue2I2l6jA2t4ulB15ys5oj Does this imply that the numbers are distractors and only the letters matter? I just wanted to follow up on this. The 7 numbers from the OP are 2 3 2 2 2 5 3, The 8 numbers from my book are 4 2 2 6 2 4 15 5 unless the 15 should be counted as two separate numbers ( 1 5 ) then there are 9 numbers. Why the different numbers in the two resources?? Do the two sets of numbers create the same results when decoded if they are to be decoded? Just curious as to why the clue changed and what it might mean.

Thanks, kpro. Just to be sure, the letter in the string before the "B5" is an "l" (el), not a digit "1" (one) ? Yes, it is definitely a lower case "L".
