I guess if I were to choose Wyoming (which I didn't), it would be Ojo Caliente.

The Continental Divide or knowing Forrest, he probably intended it the be The Great Divide, which has dual meaning.

I had a very cool (lol) WWH in WY, but couldn't get it to stack up:
Parting of the waters.
WWH in the bible where Moses (remember him?) parted the Red Sea.
Red is one of Olga's tea colours. Red is the 'start' of the rainbow. If you want a Spanish lesson: look up the word 'Banco' (how many other Spanish words are in TTOTC?..) Moses 'forded' the Red Sea - see also 'Miss Ford', 'Robert RedFord', and Indiana Jones-types i.e. 'Harrison Ford'.
But...it doesn't seem to lead to further clues. :/
ps - boring observation, but just because the chest was in Wyoming, doesn't mean WWH was there.

Wasnt the word Cancer also in red....perhaps the red C. I like it.

Big Horn Medicine Wheel is bwwh. The creek (npuyc) to follow is the summer solstice line (using the key word treasure) to find all the clues in the poem is how I determined to use the summer solstice. I posted the solution about a month ago on here. wymustigo and sam smith should be credited for finding this first clue but I solved the remaining clues and feel certain where the chest location was. As I said before, there are literally 100 confirmation hints in the book describing the area and many hints/confirmations in the scrapbooks (especially 107 and 227 ?) I feel like Forest spent the night there when he had cancer and that was his vision/physical quest. I was actually leaving to find the treasure June 7. The one line I never could figure out was HOB. I think it was Francis Brown who possibly told Forest of the spot to go to and Quest. After Forest went there, his cancer got cured and he wanted to give something back. Sorry for the lack of organization in my post. Please see my post from Reddit.

I had a lot of WWWH's. My favorite was in NM. Just because the treasure was in WY doesn't mean wwwh was. There is still hope that some of us could've had at least one clue right lol...

To continue the theme: Say you live in Santa Fe, and buy an early copy of TTOTC from the one place it's available (Collected Works). You take it on trust that 'in the mountains North of Santa Fe' means 'within a resonable drive'. It turns out the treasure is in Wyoming. How do you feel?

I would say they should stop looking for treasure due to making silly assumptions. If they actually solved the poem they might have found it.. Not a single clue, EVER, IMO leads to NM.

The wonder of hindsight. I have a solution that stacks up better than most, that lead to NM. But of course we know it's wrong. Now.

Yes I had a solve in the Big Horns as well, mine started with a hint, well hear me all and listen good could be a big horn but the hint I'm talking about is I noticed the spelling of Arie his grandmother was incorrect in TTOtC and if you look at the Aries zodiac sign........

The great thing about the Continental Divide is (assuming it's right) no matter what state you were searching in you could say you got one clue right (again, assuming it's correct).
